Enquiry – Allocation – Referral – Assessment – Report

How we work

When you make an enquiry a member of staff will take case details and pass these on to one of our clinical co-ordinators who are all trained occupational therapists. They will select an associate therapist based on clinical expertise, geography and capacity.

Once the therapist’s CV is approved, we would ask for a referral form to be completed. Details are then shared securely with the chosen therapist; contact is made within 48 hours and an assessment offered within 10 working days.

Your report and recommendations are completed by the therapist and go through a robust quality assurance process. Before finally being sent securely to the nominated recipient within a further 10 working days from assessment date.
