Alison is a highly skilled and experienced occupational therapist with specialist expertise in manual handling, brain injury, spinal cord injury, palliative care, and progressive neurological conditions. She is deeply committed to improving quality of life for people living with life-limiting and complex conditions, using a person-centred approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Her practice integrates sensory-motor, perceptual-motor, functional, and cognitive approaches to enable meaningful participation in everyday activities. Alison has extensive experience working in palliative care and progressive neurological conditions, alongside a broad background supporting people with a wide range of medical conditions that affect independence and daily living.

Alison also has specialist knowledge of assistive technology and environmental adaptation, supporting both adults and children to make the best possible use of their surroundings to maximise safety, comfort, and independence.
