Joanna Glossop

Joanna is a highly experienced occupational therapist working both in the NHS and private healthcare sector. She is a very motivated professional who aims to provide the best possible care to those she works with. Her experiences include neurology, orthopaedics, housing and adaptations and physical rehabilitation.

Joanna is highly experienced in manual handling, pressure and posture management, upper limb management, cognitive rehabilitation and mentoring. As an occupational therapist, Joanna has highly developed skills in assessment, goal setting, treatment, and evaluation of client progress.

She has worked with a wide range of clients, such as people with neurological conditions, providing in depth occupational therapy assessments and developing rehabilitation programmes, completing referrals and annual reviews, provision of equipment along with  regular equipment audits and liaising with external agencies to organise transfer of care.
