Since qualifying in 2013, Kate has gained experience in adult services and experience working in paediatrics, Kate specialises in major and minor adaptations, housing solutions, and moving and handling techniques. With a focus on promoting independence and enhancing quality of life, Kate is committed to empowering individuals to navigate daily activities with confidence and ease. Kate’s expertise extends to vocational rehabilitation, facilitating smooth transitions back into the workforce, and ensuring individuals thrive in starting or returning to their careers.

Kate is proficient in optimising with single handed care techniques and navigating the intricacies of care package provision and right sizing, she offers comprehensive support tailored to each individuals’ unique needs. Kate is able to offer postural seating advice and solutions. Her background includes insights gained from working in both rehabilitation settings and social care environments, enabling her to provide holistic, person-centred care that fosters independence and well-being.

Kate has extensive working knowledge of case management and manages clients with complex disabilities considering their social, environmental, physical and care needs following catastrophic injury.
