Natasha
Natasha is a qualified occupational therapist and rehabilitation case manager. Making the appropriate recommendations and referrals to wheelchair services, community physiotherapy, district nurses and any other relevant professionals. Linking with day services or low-level support teams to encourage a person to fulfil their goals such as looking for employment or participating in meaningful activities. She has experience in health and social care, including inpatient and community as well as physical and mental health.
She has a sound knowledge of the Disabled Facilities Grant process, The Care Act, Safeguarding and much more. She strives to ensure she support individuals to achieve the best outcome possible and understand that everyone’s wishes are different.
She has experience of working with individuals with a range of conditions such as neurological disorders, vascular, musculoskeletal and a range of injuries as a result of trauma. She has a particular interest in working with amputees and she has previously covered the largest garrison in the UK, most of these have been ex-military personnel.
