Noura

Noura is a highly experienced occupational therapist, with clinical expertise within acute hospitals, community rehab, social services and private practice.  From this experience, not only is she aware of the occupational therapy professional standards but she has the clinical competency to work across a variety of settings.  Additionally, Noura has acquired a range of transferable managerial skills; including good communication skills, interpersonal and people management skills and she is able to work to targets within agreed timescales.

Noura has further specialist interest in manual handling, and she is a certified Moving and Handling Trainer.  In her daily work she negotiates and manages the delivery of safe manual handling care plans which involves educating and training other professionals and carers. Due to this skill set she is often involved in complex safeguarding cases and work with other professionals to ensure the implementation of quality standards with care providers.
