Sarah Jane

Sarah Jane has worked extensively in housing, supporting people to adapt their homes, recommending adaptations to the environment (including the provision of assistive equipment) to enable people to live fulfilling lives. In addition, Sarah Jane has gained extensive knowledge in manual handling and single handed/proportionate care, winning an innovation award for her work in this field. Sarah Jane has spoken on a national scale about her achievements in this area, contributing to improving the standards of practice across the occupational therapy profession.

Sarah Jane has a wealth of experience in reablement over a number of years, providing occupation focused and graded reablement which is holistic, and clients’ goals are prioritised. Not only is Sarah Jane proficient in reablement, she has led multidisciplinary teams in this area since 2019 and now mentors and supports a wide range of clinicians.

Sarah Jane is a passionate occupational therapist with an attention to detail, providing comprehensive reports and is a key part of any rehabilitation team.
