Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) Trusted Assessor Training

Provided in partnership with Foundations UK, these courses are aimed at housing and healthcare professionals who wish to qualify as a Level 4 DFG Trusted Assessor.

By completing the course, attendees will have the skills and best practice to assess and recommend the most appropriate DFG funded housing adaptations for clients with restricted mobility.

Course overview

The 2-day hybrid course enables people working in the housing sector to undertake assessments for simple DFG funded adaptations in accordance with official DFG guidance. By qualifying you will help to reduce equipment provision waiting times, allow occupational therapists to focus more on complex cases and help residents gain greater independence faster.
